PINEAPPLE MARABBA

Ingredients :

  • Pineapple        - 1 kg
  • Sugar              - 800 gms
  • Water             - 800 ml
  • Lime juice       - 2
Method :
Remove the skin of the pineapple and cut it into tiny pieces.
Take a pan, put water and sugar, and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Then put the pineapple pieces and lime juice in it and boil for more 10-15 minute, depending on how thick        you want the syrup to be.
Cool it and store it into a clean and dry jar.
