Summers are coming and so are mangoes.....
Here are few facts about mangoes.
- They contain more fibre than any other fruits.
- Though they are high in calories, they are low in fat and sodium.
- They contain no cholesterol, have beta-carotene and potassium.
- It is also a rich source of vitamin A and C
- Its good to have 2 mangoes in a day, particularly if you are watching calories.
